Terms and Conditions

This website is owned and operated by Tmi Purpose Works (786375-4 / FI27863754), which sells services to individuals and businesses. We reserve the right to change the terms of delivery, payment and cancellation conditions. All listed prices include value added tax (VAT).

Purchasing services

Placing an order takes place primarily through the online store on the business name’s website, where the order is also paid for. By separate written agreement, it is also possible to pay for the business name's services with a pdf invoice. Booking the appointment is handled by message after the order is placed and paid for. When placing an order, the customer always accepts the terms of delivery and the current price of the product or service. In connection with the order, the customer must provide a valid e-mail address, to which the order confirmation will be sent and through which the appointment will be arranged. The customer must also provide their accurate time and place of birth upon request when setting up the appointment. Tmi Purpose Works never inquires about the rest of the personal identification number.


Refunds and cancellations

Most of the services of the business name are intangible commissioned work, and do not have the right of cancellation after purchase. If the customer falls ill or faces an insurmountable obstacle for the reserved time, they have the obligation to report the obstacle no later than 24 hours before the reserved time by emailing in which case a new service delivery time can be agreed upon. No refund or new service delivery time will be given for an obstacle that has been given with a less than 24-hour warning, but the full price will be charged.


If Tmi Purpose Works cancels the delivery of the service, the payment will always be returned in full to the customer, if it is not possible to agree on a new time.


If the customer is dissatisfied with the service, they have the right to claim a refund within 14 days of delivery, by emailing


Correct information

The customer is ALWAYS responsible for the information they provide. The customer is responsible for providing the correct information when placing the order. If the customer provides incorrect information, due to which the astrological consultation or other ordered service is not correct, the customer is responsible for this. In this case, the customer will not get a new consultation or a refund. If the customer notices that the supplied information is incorrect in any part, the customer must notify the seller of the error as soon as it is noticed. If the error has occurred on the seller's end, the seller has the right to correct the error and deliver the service correctly.


Preference of law and dispute resolution

These Terms, and any claims and disputes related hereto and/or to the services, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the laws of Finland.
